Jessica  is a former professional snowboarder who was a member of the ISF US Snowboard Team Member and is a National Halfpipe and Slopestyle Champion and former top World Cup competitor. She started coaching in 1992 and her coaching experience including being the former Junior National Team Coach and manager.

Kelsey  started coaching with G Team in 2009 and then came on as Team Director in a full time role in 2012.  She grew up in Bloomington, skiing at Hyland all of her childhood but took on snowboarding after many years away from the hill determined to enjoy the cold and snowy Minnesota winters.  She loves getting to know all of the G Team kids and families and spending her winters at the hill!

When it's not winter, Kelsey enjoys her free time with her husband and 2 kids, spending time with family & friends, anything outdoors, biking, running and on the lake! 

Jace has been instructing snowboarding for 5 amazing seasons, and has been snowboarding for 10. He learned how to snowboard locally at Buck Hill, and has made it his mission to pass on all the snowboarding knowledge and love for the sport that he has accumulated. Jace considers snowboarding to be among the most worthwhile activities to be involved in, and is dedicated to creating an enjoyable learning experience, as well as a close-knit community with snowboarding at its center!
