Jace began his snowboarding career at the age of 13, learning how to ride at Buck Hill. He began instructing beginner lessons through Buck Hill Ski School while taking college courses, and continued on to coach their in-house freestyle team for 3 years. Jace eventually joined G-team in 2019 to continue his mission of helping snowboarders reach their potential and foster a tight-knit community revolving around snowboarding. 

Brady boasts an extensive career as a professional and competitive snowboarder - having competed in the US open, Dew Tour and Grand Prix. He is also no stranger to the streets, having been in multiple Red Bull Tv projects as well as filming for Videograss. 

Craig is a snowboarding veteran of over 25 years. Craig grew up riding Hyland and moved out west to pursue his snowboarding career, filming several video parts, being featured in Torment mag and traveling the world as a member of the Adidas snowboarding team.  \
